Made with hand-harvested Dornfelder and a splash of Silvaner, bottled mid-fermentation and free of added sulfites, it’s bursting with fruit-forward notes of blackcurrant, cola, and fizzy sweets.

Alanna took Dornfelder; a grape often overlooked for ‘serious’ wines -- and transformed it into a playful, vibrant sparkler.
